As the other complaints say, went for a free sample, but was unsure whether it be legitimate so kept checking my Credit Card.....Surprise, surprise a payment went from my account, without permission, from 'LUSH 888-239-1370 WILMINGTON DE' of about $99.
Currently in the process of fucking this thieving company up! Wish me luck! ;)

  • Thank you, need all the luck I can get I'm thinking! It seems they do the same to everybody, and as some other posts say, they will continue to do it every month. I just don't understand how nothing is being done about it, and people continue to get scammed, despite all these complaints!

  • The cost of the damages has now increased, as Lush Illuminations continues to take money from my Credit Card! Along with emailing this company to cancel any future payments from my card, I have contacted Credit Card company, and I'm in the process of signing a declaration. Still the overall cost of damages increases, a massive $7,000 in 6 weeks, yet nothing being done, its pathetic!

  • Hi James, I had similar issues as you over lush illumination. they kept charging my card without my permission and I only ever received one product. I was able to call them using the number that showed up next to the charges on my statement. once I told them that I hadn't received product, they were very helpful with issuing refunds and even sent me an email that said I was cancelled. I saw the refunds posted online within 3 days. the girl I talked to was very apologetic and it sounds like they deal with these situations alot. their number is 8882391370. the first few times I called I got a voicemail machine but I called back in their business hours and got an answer. hope this helps and good luck to you!

  • Hi, Laura, thank you for your messages and advice/help in the matter. I did eventually go through my Credit Card company to get the monies back, and have been successful, but I will pass this information on to them.
