I paid for a logo with this company and when I asked for revisions never received them As they offered a money back guarantee I called them to ask for a refund. I was sent an email asking me to consider a redraw and if i was unhappy they will send me a refund in 48 hours. It has been 13 days. I called their line and got the same person answering in 5 different aliases, each time hanging up on me. I was told that the company is based in Bristol and called Logo Design Guarantee Ltd. On the companies house website there is no such company. When I mentioned that, I was hung up on. I asked for an address to send a letter of complaint I was told that they did not have one. Each time I call, i am given a different name by the same person and she hangs up when pressed for an answer.
