Refusing refund for service (selling Motorcycle)Saying past time for refund.My never receiving "Refund Form"they said was sent to me.I called today 9/25/2012 & was told Management would not refund my money because I did not return form for refund.I was told they mailed me a refund form in May 2012.I explained I never received form and was basicly called a liar. American Systems phone number-866-326-0809.They are not honorable in any stretch of the imagination.I appreciate any help in obtaining the money I was scammed out of.
