also known as: 'www.heelforsale.com'.

I ordered a pair of shoes from 'heelforsale.com' on Sept.26, 2012.
I received confirmation and order number from them by email. For some reason, the confirmation info did not seem legitimate.
I attempted to look up their return policy and their customer service phone number.
I could not locate any of this information.
Their company website identified several categories for the customer to contact various departments in the company for service.
However, I attempted to open each of the links, only a blank page would open.
There was NO information made available to the consumer. As I began to look at this website became aware that this website was not legitimate. The english and vocabulary are poorly written. Some of the small print did not even make sense. I contacted my credit card company immediately to put a stop to processing of funds on my credit card account, but it was too late. Funds were processed and charged to my account within mere seconds of my purchase. After hours of research on the internet the only website that I was finally able to link and identify 'heelforsale.com' was a website that displayed a one page document written completely in chinese symbols. This confirmed that I have been scammed.
I am forwarding this information to your office to register this complaint. In reviewing some of the other complaints submitted to your office, it is obvious that we have been scammed by the same people.
I would appreciate it if you would forward this information to the FBI authorities for investigation. These websites must shut down.
'www.heelforsale.com' . There are a fraudulent company that is designed to embezzle thousands of dollars from on line purchasers.
