I have provided services for Heather Caro aka Heather Carodine and New Heat Entertainment Corporation for months now without compensation. She expect free work and advertises for new positions in her company and music contracts with the promise of payment. She never pays and doesn't honor obligations. If you see audition ads and intern ads for her and New Heat Entertainment do not answer them.

- I've seen a few ads around and attended a meeting with some of the staff. Friendly people. I really wanted to be apart of the company but didn't get a call back. During the meeting they DID express that my position to begin with would be an "internship" which means NO PAY. I applied for a receptionist position. I thought they liked me but I did have another job that may have been conflicting maybe that's why they didn't choose me for the internship. But overall, it was nice meeting with them.
