I signed up to play this online casino-after reading the terms and conditions they seemed legitimate. I won $5 700 after about 2 weeks of playing. I was asked to submit documents verifying my ID etc so I emailed a copy of my credit card; passort ID etc to them-they initially kept saying in emails they couldnt clearly read the documents (they are perfectly clear-I have them saved on my USB)and after several attempts of resumitting they finally accepted them.
on 18/9/12 I asked to withdraw the $5 700 and was sent an email saying it would be 4 working days till I see the money. 9 days later and daily emails to them as well as taking on the "chat" site I have heard nothing. I get standard responses like 'the money is in the final stages of being released from the finance department" etc
I tried calling the free phone within Australia and not suprisingly this was disconnected
I only played this site because I got a bit extra in my tax rebate (I am a single Mum of 3 kids and work very hard-I usually have no spare cash)
I guess it was too good to be true
