i was inquiring about canadian government grants and had given permission for the 3.00 fee. I had then access to view the grants. I did not utilize any of the information. I also did not give permission for an additional 116.00 to be taken from the periods of August and September. If there is any way to cancel this account that i did not ask for, or be reimbursed, it would be greatly appreciated
