Received a call from a cell phone 876-486-8837 traced later to Jamaica. He claimed my husband had won $500,000. from Publishing House Sweepstakes and then transferred the call to his manager who said his name was Rawl at 206-497-2848 traced to a land line number in Richmond Beach, WA area specifically Sherwood Forest area. He wanted my husband to go to Walgreens and buy a Reload Paper Scratch card for $500. and then call him back and give him the number off the card to satisfy the IRS.
