Last Aug 14, 2012 I was offered of phone service for calling international in a cheap price so I grab the offer but I have to pay a security deposit of $38.95 which I payed thru my debit card and they re assure me that this is refundable anytime but before I use the services I decided to refund and they told me it take 30 days to process. I called again last Sept 14,2012 to follow up my refund they told me there is no request for that, so my request was only put on on that day. I called again today Sept 26, to follow up they told me it was already deposited back to my account last Sept 14, but when I check to my bank there is no any transaction posted that they have return the money so when I get back again with them to tell them that I spoke with my bank and they confirmed that there is no transaction of refund for that date they told me again that it's still on process. I know that they're just making excuses and they're really not interested to return the money. So people out there be careful with these people..sorry for myself :(
