during the approx month of febuary 2010, i Mr Paul Stoddard , applied to " Red instructor driver training" to become a driving instructor , initially i was asked to pay up front £3000 investment, which i was told and given in wrtiting that i would be paid back at certain intervals, ( which are available upon request for proof ) ,

i did attend 6 sessions of instruction, which then ceased , for unknown reasons , i waited for my next contact from my " instructor assessor" for my next appointment session, which never happened, i waited a further number of weeks , with still no contact, i then visisted "reds" head office in hyde , only to be told they had relocated premises to down south, address unknown , i tried contacting "red" with number issued on " red " website, of which they told me i would not be refunded, even though i did not recieve all training i paid for, and they relocated without informing me.

i contacted the financial ombudsman service who tried to investigate my case, but later informed me they coundnt help.

since then i have been advised to contact yoursevles, for advice on retrieving my money . could you get back to me with any help and assistance you can provide.
