I agreed to a free trial of this companies two products in August 2012 which were SlimtonePlus and BodycleansePlus, paying only a carriage charge for the delivery of the products. I then found via my bank statement that two unauthorised billings were made on 25th September and that a total of $198.372 had been withdrawn from my account without my consent or any notice in advance of the transaction taking place. When you search for their contact details on the internet you are provided only with a phone number and email address on a single page at their web address. When you call the number it is an automated service offering you cancellation of any future orders but not the one that has just been sent to you. You then receive a confirmation of your cancellation of all 'future' orders. There is no upfront notification at the time of agreeing to trial that you will be automatically billed monthly and any terms and conditions of this nature were not obvious to a potential customer as they are simply agreeing to a free trial. Moreover this product is a 'placebo' device and has no effect on the consumer as all other associated information suggesting it leads to weight loss is made contingent upon diet and exercise which in themselves would result in natural weight loss.
