I purchased the free trial and as soon as I did I knew something was't right. So I looked on the search engines and saw all the complaints. I then phoned the company straight away to cancel the order but after after 20 mins no one answered. I went back onto the slim tone website and cancelled the order. However after 3 days I had no confirmation about the cancellation. I then rang again and after another 20 mins finally spoke to some one. I got an RMA number and the returns address. I will be sending it all back recorded delivery. To be on the safe side I have also cancelled my credit card - though inconvenient- at least I won't be charged £75.
Though it has been annoying and inconvenient as long as you do everything by the book then you should be ok.
Yes they are crocks and should be stopped. The more people that complain the better.

Thank you so much for posting this! I purchased the free trial on slimetone plus after reading about it on Twitter. You know the story... "amazing diet blah blah blah" I thought, great!! and cheap too! Oh no.... luckily my order for body cleanse didnt go through. After reading your story I too rang, was on hold for 10 minutes and was told by the rude phone operator that I cannot cancel my subscription until the pills have arrived.
So now I am playing the waiting game, I have also emailed them to notify them that I want to cancel and so will ring back when it arrives, out of curiousity, how long did you order take to arrive? Do you still have the returns address?
I too will send them back recorded delivery!! Thanks for posting!!
Do you think I have done everything by the book? I hope so ! -
