I had applied for different loans but NEVER agreed to have this company put money in my account. In Aug. Hydra Fund deposited $200 into my checking and the next pay day $60 was debited from my account to them. I just received notice from my bank that my account was overdrawn too many times and that they were closing my checking. I never use this account and very little money is direct deposited so I don't really pay much attention to it. I looked and I was getting charged overdraft fees from Hydra fund everytime they tried to deduct their money which was every payday, and when the money obviously wasn't there they tried to deduct it every few days which racked up hundreds of overdraft charges owed to my bank! Along with the overdraft fees from the few bills that I have directly withdrawn which resulted in missed payments, I am now 30+days behind on a bill that is directly withdrawn, so there is another late fee and a bad mark on my credit report. This company has cost me hundreds along with negatively impacting my credit. I can't reach anybody to get this resolved and my bank is zero help to me, pretty much told me to figure this one out on my own. I have no idea what I'm being charged and what will happen next time they try to take my money since they have forced the bank to close my acct.
