- I have had money taken from my bank account by lush illumination in USA for three months running and I have made numerous attempts to contact the UK telephone number but it is never answered any time of day or night. I emailed reliable customer services asking to cancel this as I never received any product. I got a reply saying that I had to verify the cancellation by phone to the UK number. I am now over £120 out of pocket and have had to cancel my card at the bank so that they cannot take any more money. Beware ladies,this looks like a good offer for a sample but the 15ml bottle of lush illumination cost about £50 and you don't receive it.

- if you phone your bank and tell them you cancelled the order before the trial came, you will get all money refunded. i think this company is on all the banks radars
