I was told i could have a free trial for juvenue all it would cost was $1.99. I received the product and 5 days later my credit card had $104.oo taken out of it!!! Im really annoyed. Dont no how to contact these people to get my money back. Any help?

- I've just ordered the sample and then found 'scambook'. I'm not sure what to do now, except to let the bank know. There is a contact page on their website. I sent a message asking them to cancel my order. It seems they ate taking a heap of people in. I feel like a complete mug.

- I have the same thing i ordered to try the product and I ordered it on the 29th of August I only got it today so the trial period is over before you even get it not happy they would know how much longer it takes to reach Australia definitely not impressed. Have not even opened the package going to try and find some how of contacting them and just send it back without even trying it
