When taking my daughter to school on 9/27/12 - we stopped for gas. My debit card did not go through due to insufficient funds. This was confusing to me as I know I had some $ in my account. This morning caused great hardship as we live (30) minutes from her school and it was 6am. I had to wait for a friend for (2) hrs and was late to work and missed a very important phone conference for my boss! I was sent home unpaid for that day!

This one, illegally, not approved fee from my account has turned my life upside down. Both my daughter and I were in an accident recently and had to cancel our doctor appt due to the lack of funds. Due to this illegal charge and hardship it has caused is well over the $29.95 & insufficient fee(s)>(TWO fee charge(s)of $35.00)! This crazy rip off crime really caused alot hardship, stress and great concern both financially and emotionally!
Below is my $ that was lost due to their illegal crime:
>Gas borrow - $10.00
>Lost day of work - $160.00
>Insufficient fund fee(s)from bank - $70.00
>Stolen $ from my acct from company - $29.95
>Missed Doctors Appt for both my daughter and I for treatment - $175.00 each - $350.00 (pain and suffering for this past weekend and having to wait for our next doctor appt)
TOTAL COMPENSATION: $619.75.
Thank you for your help, time and any help on on this illegal fee that created a timeline of BS for both my daughter and myself.
