ice not coming from door -open freezer door--falls out-- tried to make appt- was told oct 25th the first they could come===for a FREEZER appt== lots of $ destroyed==after 3-4 mins said you bought this at the outlet----so what I paid $189 for a warranty---after a few another condesending questions appt for wed NEVER EVER buying from sears--non customer people again----and I will also repeat this to anyone in my hearing
