I received a fax at my workplace in April 2012 stating that a 8 day cruise per person would be $250.00.I called the tel# and the representative got my check# from my bank account to debit the $1000.00 for myself,husband and 2 children.They then send you a certified voucher 6 weeks later for a booking company-The Travel Center.Then I had to pay another $68 per person in booking fees only to find out weeks later when they send your travel forms that children are not included in their packages-yet worldwide services took $1000.00 from me for 2 adults and 2 children for the cruise.My package code was :OFL-5689 and contract ID#20385352.I was given fraudulent information from them and when I tried to email them in August I got an email form their VP- Mike Gonzalez saying that the company has closed its doors and the owners are retiring.The booking company will not process children-only adults over 21 yrs of age.Also the vouchers that they gave us are given out free to people who attend seminars of some sort.So when I called the booking agent they said I had to pay #399 per person for the cruise again.This was such a scam and there is no way to contact them.I feel so cheated.I want them to pay.Their email is [email protected]
