I've been a customer of Gameforge for some years now and never had a problem. When I do purchase moonstone from Gameforge for my game called "Gates of Andaron" I usually receive them within the next 24-30 hours, but on July 21, 2012 I've decided to pay through PayPal instead of getting my card out. When my transaction was completed on July 22, 2012. My account to my game was BANNED and I was required to fax them a copy of my valid ID card, a screenshot of my personal PayPal main page, followed by my username and email address. On July 28, 2012 I went to Office Depot to send an international fax and on that day the fax went through. July 30, 2012 I message Gameforge about my fax and received a message back that said that they had received the required documents and that my account was reactivated, but I still haven't received my moonstone that I've purchase for $99.99 USD. It’s been 2 months, 1 week, and 2 day and I still haven't received anything. August 28, 2012 was when I sent another message to them and told them that I still haven’t received my moonstone. They wrote back as a ticket telling me that the transaction was denied and they didn’t got money, and that they can’t activate the premium. After getting that message I personally had stopped playing the game because of this issue and would just like to get my money back. Email is the only way of contacting them and it takes a couple of days to get a responded back.
