Made mistake of filing for great deal. Was told they couldn't use credit card for this great deal. They tell you only thing have to pay is 50.00 booking fee plus taxes room and airline! Sounds to good to be true right! They tell you that you have 72 hours to cancel this package. They switch you over to department to take payment that tells you they are recording conversation. When you try to repeat the information provided by first person talked to they say they can't talk about booking fee or taxes. Would have to speak to reservation person. The person spoke to said her name was Lola! They get your bank account information and use fake check numbers to get money out. They said this was close out sale. Called to cancel next day with no answer. Called bright and early to let them know had left messages with their voicemail. They said cannot take cancellations via voicemail. Asked to speak to Lola bright and early when they were open. They will just put you on hold or cut you off completely. They had money out of my bank account by 8 the next morning when talked to them after normal banking hours. They hung up on me numerous times. Told me I was calling to early to cancel. But they were open to take new reservations. Stated that you could use any airline and stay at the Sheraton or Hilton. There appears to be several names they go by. Because they changed name and the company that took the money out of my account was a different company. The offer was faxed to my husband's office. I have neurological disorder and they have caused me a great deal of stress which can cause me to come out of remission. I don't know who these people are but I would live by saying if it sounds like it is too good to be true it probably is. I want my money back since I have very limited means. And should the problems I have continue I am thinking about filing a civil suit for damages to my health and well being. If there is anyone else who has been scammed by this company I would live to hear from you since as a group we have a better chance of putting an end to these types of companies from taking advantage of unsuspecting honest people. I plan to post this on my website so that word spreads! They need to return my money.
