I called and cancelled the insurance policy. When I was talking to the customer service rep (on my cell phone) he was rude and told me he did not understand me and I was cutting out and to call him when I could use a land line, hung up on me. Then I called back same person answered the phone and started yelling about having to pull my information back on his computer and he did not have time to talk with me. Now a month and half later I look at my bank account and there is a charge from them. Called them this morning and asked for my money to be returned and they told me... there was no way they can do this request it is not in their policy to return money.

I hope no one else gets taken by this so called insurance company who provide no coverage for office visits or hospitalization.
they make it sound good while they are scamming you on everything they will pay for when you have to seek medical attention. They do not deliver what they promise.
