Hi,
I ordered a $1.95 sample of dermapure through a different website advertising (it was a prize for completing a survey). I received a sample and then shortly found a charge of $89.95 on my bank statement. When I called Dermapure customer service they claimed that when I signed up for a $1.95 sample I also signed up for a 10-day trial. I read all small print and nowhere did it say that I signed up for anything more than a $1.95 sample. This is a clear scam. I am sending the product back and am ordering a refund.Elena.

- I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY BUT HAVEN'T HAD ANY LUCK. THEY DON'T SEEM TO REPLY. SO NOW I HAVE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT.THEY SAY YOU NEED A RMA# BUT NO ONE GETS IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO GIVE YOU THIS NUMBER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
