I started getting charges onto my credit card on my credit card in may, I have never applied to this company, I think that maybe a company that I work with my have tried to apply for a grant for me and used my information without my knowledge. I live in Canada so why would I apply to the US government for a grant, I want my money back, I will be contacting my credit card company about this, the phone number I have is only half there it is 866-717-07 if that help anyone.
