Please beware of this guy! He is a documented liar, thief, scam artist and con man. He is homeless, carless, and jobless on most days. His MO is to sell himself as a professional carpenter who was deployed and just returning to the States. I found out the hard way that none of that was true. He occasionally uses the house caught on fire line and tries to convince you that he is temporarily in a hotel until the repairs have been completed. Non of this is true, he is fresh out of jail for 2 counts of theft in Ga (See Below) and that's only a tip if the iceberg.....check him out at the ga department of corrections website. His name is Terrance Bulock, however; he has about 20 aliases. Long story short, I rented him a room, he evaded rent for 2 months, and vacated the premises one day without any notice. I have several text messages and voice mails from him acknowledging that he owes me, however; I'm sure that getting a professional con man to pay a judgement would be exhausting. He also works under the name "SBC Construction", which has an F rating at the BBB. He isn't honest about who he is, how many children he has, his skill set, level of professionalism, etc....Having a conversation with him will drain you as you have to investigate everything that he says in an effort to determine what's true and what's not true. Before knowing all of this, I referred him to someone to do work which ended up being a mistake which I regret as my name is now associated with that disaster. In short, he's dishonest, he has a history of theft and the saddest part of it all is the fact that he hauls his 10 year old son around with him and uses his sweet face to get over hurdles. I figured that exposing him for who he is would beat taking him to court any day.
