I ordered a pair of Andis hair clippers on July 12th 2012. To my dismay I did not receive them. I had placed a previous order and had no problems with that order. I thought they were a good company. Now I am very hesitant about ordering anything on line again. I sure hope that I will be able to recoup my money.
