Attended a promotional event in February, 2012 and was promised a cruise for participating. Paid a $99 fee and received a total of two e-mails - one stating the registration materials had been received, and one in September stating all was in order and I'd be contacted soon. Despite several attempts to contact them, they have not responded back.
