I had some issues with my local bank which made me try and seek out a loan to pay my mortgage. I went on the website after looking on google.
I then had a call from an adviser at Loans Direct and as I have had some issues I asked if it would cost any money to apply and was told that it wouldn't.
He did not mention the membership fee,
I had been checking my online bank at the time of the consultation and once refreshed it showed the amount of £59.75 coming out of my account. As soon as I made the caller aware that some money had been taken from my account the line was disconnected without getting any reference number.

The company will no longer accept my calls and once I try to ask to speak to someone to query this amount I am immediately put on hold and transferred to another department. Sometimes the call is disconnected. I still have received no help in getting a loan or have my reference number. I have also sent unanswered emails.

There surely must be a breach in contract here somewhere ?

    We have a full refund policy for any customers who wish to cancel their membership if they feel the membership they signed up is not for them.
