I ordered dvd series of Gunsmoke on Aug 12. Tracked it for over a month and it supposably ended up in the UK by mistake so they said they were sending me another set it had cleared customs and was in my carriers hands would be 3 or 4 days and would have it. Wrong, more lies. That was almost 20 days ago and still nothing. I have asked for my money back and they said they had another $18.00 wrapped up in postage now. I have tried contacting them again to tell them still no product now I get no response.
