students selling books outside of TG Maxx store I decided to purchase, I was informed it would help with their college tuition. I purchased encyclopedia but never received it and unable to get in contact with anyone. This was a fraud. Very sad that this company stoops so low to prey on innocent people with the tactics of stating this is to help someone with college tuition.
