Company charged $19.99 shipping for the 1st order instead of $9.99 AND another $39.99 to ship an extra order of their product--which was supposed to be buy one get one free....not to mention the overcharge for the spray! We're turning them in to the BBB, sending the product back, and DEMANDING our money! May need to check into a class action suit against them for doing this to people...I'm sure there's more than just us out there!
