After filling out an online payday advance form and redirected to a questionable website with security risk behaviors, I closed my browser without submitting the form. Several days later I discovered the unauthorized $30 processing fee deducted from my bank account and all the agent kept insisting for me to do was to go to that website and complete the "unfinished process" to receive my pre-approved funds and hung up on me when I insisted that I receive a refund for an unauthorized charge for a service they never delivered!
