Ordered $4.99 sample Green Coffee Products on-line, and was charged both Aug. & Sept. 2012 for $79.98 and $79.99 (2 times). My credit card co. caught the Sept. 30 charge & called to verify. I denied it, and card was cancelled. On 10/3/12 received another "sample" of product I did not want (didn't work the first time). I called 1-888-926-9873 and was told to return it to P.O. Box 30371, Phoenix, AZ 85046 for a credit. Green Tea capsules/pills are a scam, despite what Dr. Oz says.
