I called GNC on 10/3/12 at 8:51 pm and I asked the clerk if they had Cellucor HD she told me they had 3 types and that she was closing in 5 minutes and that I would never make it on time and advised me a customer had just walked in and before I could finish she hung up on me. I called back and advised her that it was only 8:51 and that I was on 127th ave and that I just needed to know if she had it available she told me she had no time to waste and that I had to see what they had when I got there. As I pulled in front of the store a couple was walking out at 9:01 she hurried to lock the door and turned her back on me. I knocked on the door and I said its 9:01 and she said no. So I called her on the phone and I told her ma'am I am the lady that called about the Cellucor it is only 9:01 and she goes exactly the store is closed now. I said its only 9:01 but ok no problem you just lost a $50 sale and you are giving GNC a very bad name she said ok good bye. I think that she was extremely rude on the phone when it was only 8:51pm (check your caller ID for time)not wanting to answer any of my questions at 8:51 and then not to make a $50 sale when all she had to do was have it ready. I had even explained to her what I need. I think that this needs to be address because something tells me that this lady has done this before. She was extremely rude and unprofessional....
