I received a call on Sept 28, 2012 from Mr Ron Kiraly with US Job Merchant Solutions. At which time he began telling me that he was with Visa/Mastercard's main processing Center. He continued explaining the "unique work from home opportunity", and if I was still considering a work at home business. He explained how Visa/MC was offering a 2.5% for each credit card processing fee. How large banks had been taking advantage of the small business owner and charging them anywhere from 5-8% each time they swiped a card. Then he bagan to tell me of my earning potential. I would receive $50.00 for each valid lead and an additional $500.00 for each business that switched over. I would also be receiving monthly residuals based on the profit of each company that switched over. They explained that there was no "Cold Calling" involved and that they had a team of customer service reps available.

In order for me to get started I would have to get a state business license (LLC) to be a registered Rep. That I would be bonded through Visa/MC. They agreed to start the business licensing process and would have someone call me back from there legal dept. 15 minutes later I receive a call from US Doc Assist, LLC. At which time we started my business application. I gave them too much personal info ie SS#, credit card# along with authorization to charge $319 to my card. They e-mailed me 2 documents for me to e-sign "which I did"!

I was given my personalized business name and my 3 digit customer Rep ID#. They walked me through the "BackOffice" an example of what my personal website would look like. I was to receive a call back within 72 hrs when my new websites was completed and accessible.

Today Oct 4th I received a call from Mr. Kyle Harper saying he was the president of US Jobs Processing. Please note the name change(Not US Job Merchant Solutions or US Doc Assist, LLC. I had just woke up and had not had my coffee yet. However I took notes on every word he spoke. When I started to realize the game change is when he began to give me different incentive #'s. Then I woke up without having to have had coffee. He began to tell me of the three (3) various platforms involved. Gold which would cost me $15,000 / Silver $10,000. & Bronze @ $6,000. Each platform had it's perks and promises. That's when I started my investigation, which has led me to you. I feel like a sucker, I should have known better!

He's suppose to call back this Saturday @ 3pm. I told him I needed sometime to chew on it and discuss it with my husband. Now I'm going to change my credit card number!

It's a shame how individuals such as this, take advantage of individuals such like us (the ones looking for additional income inorder to make it to our next Social Security check)!!

  • Thank you for posting this, I am very sorry that you lost over $300, and I hope that you don't have any problems with them having your personal information, and it is sad that people like us can't found legit work to do for home, cause of jacka**es like them trying to scam people. I received a call tonight 10/10/12 from a guy saying he was from u.s. job assistance and he let me listen to a 2 minute overview about be a visa/mc processor for home, then a guy named Michael Phillips some kind supervisor got on phone with me. He said I would have to be Licensed to work for company and llc whatever. Made up company name for me and quoted $500 for 50 state license and website, 100% sellable business. $300 for State of GA and surrounding states (AL,TN,NC,SC). I said I didn't have money today but would have it Friday. He said for me to get state license now and get 50 state later after I got a couple of checks. He said he could sign me up for $199.00 plus 20.00 processing fee. Someone was going to email me some legal documents but I said I have to talk to my husband about this so He said he would put his amex credit card in place of mine to hold my job until friday night so I am suppost to call him back friday with my card info, and then they will send docs, but it sounds to good to be true so I asked for website and he said he couldn't give it out until I signed up, so I ask about name of company, he said Bankcard handles visa/mc processing, so I researched us job assistance and bankcard. I found page about bankcard processing scam and I found your post and it sounds so much like my call, that I am 100% positive that this is a scam, I will be calling back on Friday and telling Mr Michael Phillips(if that is his name), that my husband said this is a scam and I cannot give them any money but if he wants to charge his amex card then I can work for them. And then He can also pay for the platforms he said nothing about. He said the LLC license would be one time fee only.
