Dear,Sir iemailing you this complain as my partner a miss sherre euart bought a american f/freezer and a samsung smart tv 55in total cost 3,800 both bought on the 179 12 from your huddersfield store we were told that both iteams would be del on the saturday the 22nd between 7 till 7 at night she took the day off and at6 30 pm rang the huddersfield branch she was tlod that the driver was 5 mins away at 7 30 pm she rang again and was told that they would ring her back they at 7 45 pm and told her the driver had jacked in and she had to go the store on saturdy she had to take another day off i met hsr there at 12 30 pm sat and was told this 2,500 would be put in the back of someones car and del that way and the f/feezer would now be del sunday it was was but could not fit water line dispenser has we did not have a couplin on the clod wter outlet so the long and of this story is she lossed a days pay also loss of al the frozen food had to pay a plumber to fit a another pipe as your fitter would fit it as it was over the recommened lenght and the motor would blow up in 2 years time so the plumber cost 50 pound which we have a receipt and al thehassel as your fitter wil fit the pipe now on the 6 oct now so has you can see it was a MESS from start to finish so our totall loss is food 150 to 200 work 60 plumber 50 and totall hassel of it al 70 in totall380 about so i would be very gratefull if you would think about some compensationas the whole think as been very upsetting to say the least D Barraclough co/Miss S S euart
