I signed up for a 7 day free trial with Archive.com and received notice that they had recieved my cancellation request and cancelled the account on Oct. 1/12.
My credit card shows a charge from Archive.com for $ 39.95 on Oct 1/12 and $ 59.88 from OneGreatFamily.com on Oct. 2/12
How do I get them to reverse these charges ?
