An automated machine saying, "This is your Captain and you will receive 2 tickets by answering few questions." The questions asked was done by a female live voice,and topics were related to medical condition with your age bracket, as well as how you pay your groceries. After the questions answered, they ask for your name and telephone number to be reached at as well as your zip code.
After these sets of questions answered, automated voice came to direct you to check your information, as well as spelling of your name in www.surveycruise.com. A follow up phone call will follow shortly as advised.
