As a single mother with a son in daycare, I was drowning in debt. So I decided to consolidate my last two credit cards into one payment. I went on the internet and filled out a application with the compnay Unsecured Loan source. I just wanted information but the sales rep Ian Moss told me, no he guaranteed me that they could me the loan. I told him I needed a loan in the neighborhood of 20,000 to 30,000. He promised me that they could do it within a week. I told him that I did not have $499 to give them for a loan. I needed that money to pay the credit card bill that month. But he told me if they did not get the loan they would refund my money. Well here it is October and they did notget me the loan. I had to fall behind on my credit cards they are now 2 to 3 months over due because of them. I even went and got a small consolidation loan to cover the smaller card balances. According to the contact that I signed if I was not approved by the lender that they referred me to and I got the loan myself they would refund my money. They are referring to take my calls now. I have found on the internet that they are a scam they rip people off all over. The BBB gives them a rating of "F". When I first did this I told hte sales rep. Ian Mass not to take the money out of my account unitl that friday because I had no money. Yet they took it on Thursday and thus caused me to get a $34 overdraft fee. When I phoned him he told me they would send that back. They never did. The Bank refunded it. What they did was applied me to places like payday loan stores because they knew you would get approved there that way they can say they got you the loan. But I did not ask for a payday loan I asked for a consolidation loan. I have proof that I got my loan on my own and all I want is my $499 back. I do have a letter from the bank that they applied me to turning me down. So they did not get me the loan I got it.
