This company lied from the begining and never returned calls or emails, I did finally get an itinerary and was to pay an additional 809.00 above the first 776.00 and was willing to do so because it was my son's honeymoon, the travel agent never responded back and I called every day for two weeks, when I finally got upset someone else said they would take over, but I had lost that plan and he had to start again and because it was less than two weeks till the trip I then had to plan 1408.00 instead of the 809.00. I was so upset but stuck so I paid it, I had terrible flight plans then that cost my son a day each way and limited his trip to three days at the resort. When he arrived in Punta Cana he was to have shuttle service which was another lie, it cost 200.00 in taxi fees for him to get to and from the airport. I told the company I should not have to pay for the fact and employee of theirs quit, but they had me over a barrel, mentioned I might get the extra 600.00 back, that was a joke,they will not take phone calls or return emails.
