In 2011, we purchased a timeshare seminar to be used for 4 destinations in 12 months. We used only 2. In August 2012, we tried to reserve another destination but kept getting the runaround. By the end of August, They claimed that the 12 months had expired and we would have to pay another $100.00 to get a 6 month extension. Last week, we agreed to pay and tried to reserve again. For the last 7 days we have phoned them several times with getting a reservation. They are not returning phone calls after several messages have been left. Ther phone number is 888-806-8142.
