i too fell for the free trial of slimvida scam. i have still not received the product but they did take the money £69.99. i called the today again and spoke to andrea who just said they will re ship it but when i said i no longer wanted the product and wanted a refund she said they c ould re ship it but could/would not refund. i said again i dont want the product so she said she had closed my account and that was it and put the phone down on me. how RUDE!!! i had also spoken to a lady called peggy and she was just as rude. i have claimed a refund from insureship but am not holding my breath.
