Believed their story about clearing XP problems when not having a CD to restore with.
Now ,after supposedly cleaing over 800 problems in my system, all is WORSE! Files download slower than before,sometimes stalling completely, other times just slowing speed of operation on AOL to adout 10% of normal. Registration docment doesn't give an Email address for support OR a phone number to call! I was lied to!
