Responded to a craigslist ad for a Wii bundle that included several items... one of which was the Mario Kart Wii game. The ad's picture clearly showed the game was included. When I arrived to purchase, gentleman told me the game was on the system. I asked him if he was sure (had the game book, but no disc). I got home and hooked it up and it wasn't on the system. He admitted to me via text chat that he did not have the disc, and that he wouldn't do a refund for it.
