We placed an online order that we assumed would total no more than $22. After placing the order we notice an amount of $39.95 that was not mentioned in the order anywhere charged to our credit card. We immediately cancelled the order to be told the pending transaction would fall off our card. Two days later we were charged, and attempted to reach them by phone. We were placed on hold each time we called only to be disconnected after 15 minutes each time.
