This company ripped me off big time, After i purchased an "ECOMAX" System it has never worked,they tried to fix it on 2 occasions and still does not work, Since then i have recieved numerous fines from local council about a enviromental disaster, all up i am out of pocket over $30,000 and the Ecomax Sales Australia and another one of there companies Wallis Group have gone bust, not only leaving us customers out of pocket but also there employees, It has also been brought to my attention recentley that the horrible rude salesman "Stuart" has once again opened the company under a diferent name and ABN So i need to urge to everyone DO NOT DEAL WITH AUSTRALIAN ENVIROMENTAL WASTEWATER SERVICES" THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER A DECENT PRODUCT, after i signed a contract with them it came a week out from install and they tell me that if i required sand to install the system it comes as an extra, On the day of install i was advised that i needed to supply 200 tonnes of sand, This added an extra $10,000 to the total of the job, I could not do anything about it as my back yard was already dug up, Now i am left with a GASTLEY HIDEOUS AND PLAIN UGLY mound of (Inappropriate Content Removed) in my yard.....When doing research into this hideous company after all of this i have relised i am not the only poor hard working bugga that has been affected, In the beginning that "salesman" was really nice and helpful but as soon as i signed on the dotted line that was the end of that.....He then turned into a rude arrogant PIG...
