Purchased an item on 9-21-12 for my son. Went to return it today, clerk tells me they do not accept returns? I asked her why, she says store policy and tells me where the signs are. One ripped up one to my left and another hanging high above on a shelf..I told her that maybe when a customer makes a purchase the cashier should tell the customers about the no return policy. She said I could have a store credit, which she wrote on a piece of paper, so I had to accept it? I think this is wrong, they have no problem taking my money, it should be returned!!
