They said they could help me resolve debt due to my effort to establish a "home business" which I have since closed. All they did was to tell me to pay off my lowest debt and then in order of size pay off the rest with adding the payment amount of the first one paid off to the next and so forth. This is what I have already done in my life.
I was under the impression of them trying to help me get a lower interest rate. When I asked about that they said it would hurt my credit rating. How, I do not know.
