This is not about money! It is about ethics.
Over a period of 6 months i have ordered 3 Murano letter openers. All three were defective. The last one was sent in a box in 2 pieces! No reponse to emails,not available by phone. I have sent several e-mails. Ignored. I really do not know why i ordered the 3rd one.(hoping to be credited). Never done.
