I booked with booking.org.uk for my driving test. After paying too much for my driving test, they took the money out of the bank and NEVER contacted me. Even after numerous e-mails from me ( this being the only way to contact them) about asking for my test date.
I realised i had been scammed and decided to book with the DSA.
So test booked i go to my test to find bookin.org.uk had cancelled that test and booked one for another day. So i have now wasted my time and my instructors. They did not inform me at any time about my test date or time, are we meant to be psychic?
So i wrote another complaint to them today, wow still nothing in my inbox. This is just a hideous company that takes your money and runs with it. Please stay away!
