I was looking for a payday loan online and applied for a loan...several offers came back, however $300 dollrs showed up in my bank account without my consent or request...
I was intructed to pay $90 for the loan so the total was $390...I wanted to pay the entire amount on the next payday but when I called Mass St Grp and asked for an address as to mail the payment I was told that information could not be given to me...The fine print for the loan stated that a payoff must be submitted 3 days in advance of the payday or else a refinance fee of $90 would be taken from my account...One payment of $90 was paid...the next payday a second payment of $290 was paid... the remaing payment of $130 was to be taken on the next payday...The Mass St. Grp tried twice on the next payday for the $130 before my bank opened and I was charged $60 by the bank for those two early attempts...I contacted the bank and instructed them to block any access to my bank acct and waited for Mass Street Group to contact me for the final payment...There was no contact from anyone until a phone call from another company claiming to serve papers by sherrif to my wife's workplace for a court appearance for FRAUDULENT Check Charges...This company is PRUE FINANCIAL EVIL and must be exposed...who knows how many poeple's live they have tried to destroy...How can we shut them DOWN!
